1960's HYALYN POTTERY FRUIT 8pc CANISTER SET EAMES

Up for bid is a set of canisters made by Hyalyn. The company was founded in North Carolina in 1947 by Leslie Moody. He has experience with Abingdon and Rookwood before starting Hyalyn. The company operated from the late forties until 1973.

These canisters date from the late 1960's. The pottery itself is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing. The decals are bright and each one shows a different design. The wood lids are also wonderful, and have been polished.

The two smaller canisters measures approximately 5 1/2 inches square and are just under 7 inches tall. The two larger canisters are just under 10 inches tall and are also 5 1/2 inches square. The two larger ones have apples, one yellow with strawberries and the other red apples with grapes. The smaller ones have pineapples and strawberries and the other has grapes and nuts.

The larger ones have the HYALYN logo and 199L on the bottom and the smaller ones have the HYALYN logo and 199S on the bottom

BUCHAN Thistleware Scotland Salt - Pepper Shakers 290
This is a beautiful pair of Buchan Thistleware Scotland 290 Salt and Pepper Shakers. They have the plugs, which need to be replaced as they are old. Excellent condition, the only flaw is on the base of one as shown.

4 3/8 inches tall. THEY ARE VERY HEAVY....

CAPRI BAKE Covered Individual Casserole

This is a great CAPRI BAKE Serve N Store stoneware small casserole. It is microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe.
It measures 6 1/2 inches handle to handle, 5 inches diameter and 4 inches tall with the lid.
It is ivory glazes inside and out of both bottom and lid. It has a floral design on the front.

EXCELLENT condition.

This is an older set with the beautiful flowers on the set and 22K Gold Trimmed. Good Housekeeping only made about 7 patterns and this is one of them from the 40's and 50's

There are NO chips except one bread plate has a small under rim, and 1 saucers have very very small edge ones.
There are NO cracks.
Most all have crazing, some generalized, some with a few lines. However, they are great to complete your set or for everyday use. 1/2 of the soup bowls are really great. One has some discoloration in the crazing.

Quiche dish , with pink roses by Christineholm..It is so lovely and microwave and dishwasher safe. It measures almost 10" in diameter and 1 1/2" in height. What a lovely and perfect Quiche dish!!! China, porcelain dish. Large roses and small roses! The rest of the dish is white!

RED WING BISQUE Brown Glaze Casserole w/ Lid

This beautiful caserole or pot is a stoneware that is 8 inches in diameter. It is the sand colored bisque outside with a sienna brown glossy glazed insite. This is also a wonderful companion to the WATT Pottery pattern called BISQUE. Exellent, no chips or cracks.

This is an absolutely beautiful handled platter that is perfect. No chips, cracks or crazing. It measures 10 inches in diameter and just perfect for your Stangl collection.
 

SUNFLOWER Butterfly Porcelain TEA Canister MINT

This is the most adorable Tea container that is done in a ribbed porcelain and has pink butterfly and sunflower design that are a raised style. It has blue trim on the bottom and the top. It is 5 1/2 inches tall and in mint condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.

This would be a wonderful addition to any vintage kitchen.

This is a dark green serving platter that sits in it’s own wicker basket. This serving dish in basket measures approx. 13 inches across. It is not entirely shown due to camera capabilities. This dish has that 50’-60’s appeal and could be used to display many yummie goodies. There are no markings on the dish or basket. The basket is woven tightly and has no imperfections or frays. The dish is not chipped or cracked. It has a lime green handle coming out of the middle with a round circle type handle. Great addition to any home or collection!!
