This is still MINT and on the Original Card, a Penske Nascar Winners Circle #2 Rusty Wallace Die cast Car by Hasbro. It is No. 55500. It shows the Ford Taurus and also has the Collectible CARD. The package is dated 1998 and the card is 1999.

This is a great display piece, wall black on a black marble look wood. It features a great gold colored 3D emblem. an engraved metal tag marked Barry Sanders #20 Detroit Lions.

~The encased football card is 1996 Donruss/Playoff - called:

Playoff Illusions Spectralusion Elite
These cards were randomly inserted in the card packs at the rate of one in five, and is part of a 120-card set which is parallel to the regular Playoff Illusions set. This utilized the Illusion printing technology and a silver holographic foil background.

~The photo is licensed and numbered A37486191 with the hologram NFL logo. The photo is by Photo File and is 8 x 10.

The entire item is 12 x 15. At the top a hole was made to hang, which can be painted over or used to hang.
