Combined single orders over $100.00 will be shipped --- FREE --- by a method of my choosing. If you would like expedited shipping please contact me for any additional charges. Orders less than $100.00 will be charged a flat fee of $10.00. If the actual shipping cost is less than $10.00 the difference will be refunded.
