This is a very rare larger size OCS 13 5/8 inch x 10 7/8 inch Oval Platter - Old Curiosity Shop by Royal China, no chips, cracks, or crazing. The platter has a distinctly different edge contour and the back is smooth. The image can be distinquished from a normal oval platter in many ways, the easiest being that there are only 3 rows of bricks showing on the right edge of the chimney below the top row on the regular platter where the large platter has 4 rows below the top row.
