This beautiful vintage Italian silver bracelet features seven mother-of-pearl cameos of Greek gods; each cameo stands for a day of the week. Each station is set with marcasites. There is a slot clasp with the number 800 stamped on it for the silver content.
Excellent condition; the cameos have no chips or cracks.
Circa 1930s. Measures about 8 inches long and about 3/4 inch wide.
A bracelet like this one is mentioned on page 151 of "The Art and Mystique of Shell Cameos" by Ed Asward and Michael Weinstein. They gave it a value of $1,000.
