Beautiful vintage shell-cameo brooch-pendant with a woman's profile, her hair in Civil-War Era ringlets. There is a safety catch on the back and a fold-down bale hallmarked with the word "Silver".

The setting is gorgeous filigree in gold-vermeil. The entire brooch measures about 1.5" tall with the bail folded down, and about 1.1" in width.
