This is described on the lower left and right of the frame. 15 1/2" by 11 3/4: frame. Below the president it says "George Washington. crossing the flag on the left is written E Pluribus with Unum to the right. At the top left "G" and the right "W" Below his torso is an eagle & sword crossed with a rifle & flag pole.It is a wonderfully done portrait. It gives the illusion that it is a painted portrait. Art Painting: Golden Autumn, Lake, Cottage, Frederick D. Ogden spent most of his working career in Chicago, Illinois. This nice vintage piece of art is in very collectible condition and this size Ogden print is more sought after than the very common 9" x 12" mountain and lake scene prints that are often seen.
This Painting is not a work by a major artists but rather a decorative paintings of interest to the average collector. (Hopefully that is me and you!)
The frame itself shows knicks on the edges and as you can see the white marks show chips in the frame However the GESSO seems intact. The frame is worth a lot in itself. Canvas appears to be 1/2" thick with the frame around 2" thick.
The corner in very tiny writing is the date and publisher I think but I can't read it. One the same size is listed for "SOLD" at auction for $302.

Cabinet 40s Baby Nursery Picture Florence Kroeger Kroger, Florence signed artist featured in home made cabinet for nursery. The artwork of Kroeger was secured in a frame then attached to the 2 shelf wall unit. When the frame is latched closed, it appears to be a painting. When the picture is opened, it opens to the bottom and becomes a ledge or shelf to the wall cabinet. It is marked Florence Kroeger Copr C Moss 1943 Litho in USA, 19" tall 15" wide 4 1/4 " deep, cabinet alone is 6 lbs. the 5 bottles added for a little over 8 pounds. Two 4 1/2in. bottles, three 6in bottles marked nipples, pins, boric, oil, lotion all wide mouth glass decorated with animal picture. Unusual gift (T865-E400) infant art

Art WWI Art Our Daddy Patriotic Americana Art WWI Artist Unknown Titled "Our Daddy" the fire in the fireplace to warm the family. A young woman holding an infant, has her arm around a little girl kneeling, The older child is in what also appears to be a soldiers uniform. Their father's portrait above the mantle with American flag banners surrounding. Mirror Mirror folk art in appearance. Blends beautifully with toleware. Oval 15x18 inch frame & mirror appears to be painted black plywood with beautiful flowers decorating the top and sides. One small piece of trim at the bottom is missing, but not very noticeable due to the color. Trim is typical of the edging used around tables in the early 40s. Great accent to an antique toleware display.

Gameboard Americana Folk Art Gameboard Gameboard is truly a folk art piece of Americana. This home made board was adhered to another old piece of wood with a hole in the board, not sure if that let the gameboard turn on the table or what? It is unusual in that it is 8 squares across and 8 down, I thought most were generally 12 squares up and down.
The board was painted in a cream color and the sqauares pencilled in and some painted red. Original paint.
