Occupied Japan Wicker Fishing Creel Occupied Japan Fishing Creel made in OCCUPIED JAPAN per paper label. Near MINT condition, LEATHER hinge straps, buckle wicker ring intact. Strap missing easily replaced. 15" across the bottom x 9" tall x5 1/2 in. deep . Circumfrence almost 35" side to side and 28 in. around the creel from top to bottom. On the base a MINT LABEL 2 1/2 " x 1 1/4" with navy border at the top 'INSIST ON THE GENUINE" next two lines to the left of the label the two words are stacked and state "Full Size" then the same spot on the right states "Correct Shape" Below the 1st line is a red logo that would be two triangles base to base and within this red logo also in red states 'BESTMADE' Below this and stacked like lines 2 and 3 would be lines 4 and 5 stacked and state "Selected Material" to the right "Perfect Weave" then there are two drawn lines_________ in the center of the top line states "Reg. US Pat. Off" then there is a Navy colored stamp of two lines the top line overstams the 'Reg US Patt Off' the second stamped line rests on the 2nd drawn line_______ the stamp reads " MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" "JAPAN 3616/4 15' " This fishing creel has been in our personal collection for years, we have never seen any creel in this MINT condtion and NEVER have we seen one with the paper label documenting MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN! Creek Chub Jointed 2000 Darter Lure Box Color Catalog Creek Chub 2000 Darter Fishing lure in very good condition with the box and catalog. The real treasure is the color catalog! The lure is 4" long and though the hooks are very rusty the paint is in almost perfect condition. It is a light ccreamy yellow or light green with red mouth. The eyes are painted and surrounded in dark green. It has a very sprakly matter sprinkled overall. There is a long line from back to front the paint in very good condition, the pattern looks like "Hs" drawn down it. The box is in fair condition. It is intact, the corneres are worn, the lower left corner has begun to separate . The visuals on the top are in very good condtiion. The box is marked No 2018. The catalog is 10x13 dual sided color catalog in excellent condition. 20 color pictures, no tears other than the fold in the center is beginning to separate from being folded, the paper has begun to yellow. Heddon 4in Dowagic Crab Wiggler Fishing Lure Heddon 4 in Dowagesic Crab Wiggler Fishing Lure. Patented 1916 wooden lure has seen some action. Original yellow paint has cracks in the paint & some dings. The biggest ding is approximately 1/2inch x 1/8th inch on the bottom between the two hooks! Heddon River Runt With Box Unused Lure Fishing lure does not appear to have ever been in the water. Underneath there is a fleck of paint that I don’t want to remove, I am sure the collector knows how to do that properly. Not over any lettering.The bottom of the lure is marked Heddon River Runt Spook Sinke. 3 inches. The box is intact, all wording on the box bottom sides completely legible, the bottom where the instructions are is not completely legible. The lid is intact.It is darkened with age, minor paper loss upper right corner over Sp, the corners are slightly rubbed. one end is marked Heddon River Runt 9439XRS.what more could a collector want? Appropriate amount of crazing, Some paint loss on base near hook & under lip each about 1/2" long. On top there's 2 spots with the paint nicked. Some rust on the hooks & spinner I have not cleaned this.
