Porcelain High Quality Black American Porter with a large suitcase that has the top open, Not sure why the top is open maybe to hold "calling cards."One of my favorite pieces this one's hard to part with..but our collection is now over 600 pieces so we must move along.

| You will be glad your purchased him, the paint is wonderful a very soft almost sage green, a shine, but soft, not harsh, His top hat is also sage green with some white and a "dapper" rust colored decoration on his hat, collar, pocket & cuffs. Gold trim on the openings of the case. White eyes Country of origin not indicated therefore likely a pre war piece. My guess would be German or Austrian. Black American |
