Black American chalk wall plaque, lightweight. Today, many regard it as a form of folk art. Approximately 6 x 5 ". Two areas of paint loss on the left side of babys face. Otherwise paint is in very good condition, great details, even has "dimples. Probably 40's or 50's. Too detailed to have been a carnival piece. Ships for $15
