Black Americana doll carnival prize. From St. Louis Missouri in which one of the countries largest suppliers of carnival prizes was located in the late 40's to early 50's. WILL SELLS WITH OTHER CARNIVAL DOLL FOR $40 SHIP BOTH FOR $18 She has a "big" sister also on our site. Baby sister is approximately 10 1/2" tall, big sister is almost 15" tall.
