Manufacturer: unknown potter This piece of Rockingham is the only one of its kind that I have seen in over 15 years of collecting. It is, the design is cigars bundled. Designed to hold tobacco, deccoratd for the cigar afficianado. It is in excellent condition no chips, dings or hairlines. The rockingham glaze is rich in color . The lid is topped with a figural image of a half of a cigar.

| It was likely made from 1850 to 1875 or so. It measures 3 3/4 inches tall to the top of the finial and just over 3 1/2 inches across. There is absoutely no damage and no repairs to this great piece. Rockingham spongeware yelloware yellow ware pottery stoneware tobacco cigar |
