"Good over lines of Illinois Central Railroad Company, The Yazoo and Mississippi Valley Railroad Company, Gulf and Ship Island Railroad Company Subject to Limitation of Face". Complimentary railway passes were often issued to their employees. Antiqueweek recently quoted the price for a legislative rider at $135. The card is in exceptionally good condition for its age.
