Tramp Art, folk art frame. Approximate 8 1/2" long, 7 1/4" at the widest, photograph approximately 6 1/2" x 4 3/4 ", 4 layers of tramp art chips. The photographic card area visible 3 7/8" 2 1/4" of a soldier or cadet, no hat but a high collar military uniform with large brass buttons, shoulder epulets. I honestly can't tell you the age though so the asking price is for the frame, the photo card comes free with purchase of the frame. Card marked "B. Bergher J.N.nh B & R Berger Hanover" there's glass over the photocard, the corner of the glass appears to be chipped. the wood chips are in great conidtion.
