Yellowware base, green glaze pitcher. 8 1/2" tall, 5 1/4" across the top, applied glaze. Yellow clay shows through niceely, moderate crazing. Crazing occurs from exposure to hot and cold temps. NO chips NO dings NO hairlines. 6 horizontal bands, the pattern betwen the bands is almost "knotty wood" looking. Beautiful glaze, very mellow pitcher, Yellowware pottery greenware
