Black Americana porcelain liquor bottle in the figure of a foregn, perhaps a Jamaican drummer, the product was made in Italy. 4 1/2" tall, no paint loss, bright vivid colors. Paper label on top of hat is a gold seal with black print, almost looks like a utility pole, with FD below, more fancy scroll work.
