Black American Bisque Boy & Girl Shelf Sitters. Appears to be bisque or fine porcelain. This boy and girl sitters will sit on a shelf, or a small bench purchased from a craft store. He may have once had a small pole in his hand. The colors are wonderful. Made in Japan stamped on the base, and embossed across their "seats".

| From their seats to their caps they are almost 4" tall, their legs about 2". There are some paint flaws, a few black marks on her pants, and a rusty color on her shirt, much the color of his shorts and her veil. These may have occured when made. She has on a green necklace & bracelet, that seems unusual to me! She even has a green bracelet on the arm that is behind the boys back! Quality detail. Black Americana Black Memorabilia |
