When tuning strings for pitch care must be taken not to overtighten strings. There is also a small pamphlet with the violin on the cover stating: The Carnival Violin Authentic model Model No 175 Carnival Toy Mfg corp. new York 54 NY. The back page is an advertisement for a ukulele. inside is a page describing the violin as a replica in the miniature of the authentic masterpieces created by the great craftsmen of the City of Cremona in northeast Italy, The other page shows how to tighten the bow, how to rosin the bow and how to handle the violin & bow. The box is in very good condition, there is minor paper loss and some fraying on the narrow end of the bos and the corners. Toys Miniature Toys |
