Manufacturer: Horrock Ibbotson
Fishing reel by Horrocks Ibbotson "Takapart" No. 1866 New York. Unusual red crank handles appear to be bakelite or other type plasticene, end cap is the same red, and the head caps are a copper color. Shows normal use, a few scratches and wear but in overall good condition. Can still be used to catch a big one. Great display piece, seldom see the red, nor the copper color.
