Coalport White Relief Molded demi c&s Coalport White Relief Molded demi c&s. Porcelain. England. c. 1920. The pattern for this sweet little demi cup & saucer was registered in 1889. Swirled and relief molded, it was obviously a popular pattern. Handle is gold.
CONDITION: Very Good / Excellent (pings). There is what appears to be a crack in the saucer. However it is under the glaze and the saucer does ping. It must have come from the manufacturer this way. A couple of spots of wear to gold on handle. Very sweet demi cup & saucer.

Coalport Crimped demitasse cup & saucer Coalport Crimped demitasse cup & saucer. Porcelain. England. c. 1891. Wonderful demitasse cup & saucer in pale sea foam green and peach. Relief molded in what can be described as crimped, almost like a pie crust. In addition to this, the cup is also fluted and the edges of the saucer are scalloped. The green color starts near the rim of the cup and the edge of the saucer; this shades to a very pale peach. The interior of the cup & the center of the saucer are a deeper peach. Gilt trim, ring around saucer well, ring at cup base and solid handle. CONDITION: Very Good / Excellent (crazing on cup; a few use scratches on saucer well). Truly terrific demi!

Coalport cobalt & white demitasse c&s Coalport cobalt & white demitasse cup & saucer. Porcelain. England. c. 1920s-1940s. Charming little demitasse cup & saucer with a floral garland & ribbon pattern in cobalt on a white ground. Edges are lightly relief molded and are ruffled. Hand painted gilt edges, ring at cup foot & lining on the handle. There are 2 stray thin gilt brush marks under the glaze where the artisan’s hand slipped. CONDITION: Excellent (pings).

Coalport Quatrefoil Raspberry demitasse c&s Coalport Quatrefoil Raspberry demitasse c&s. Porcelain. England. c. 1881-1890. Unique & intriguing demitasse cup & saucer. Unusually shaped quatrefoil has points where the curves meet. This shape is echoed at the saucer well. The rim of the saucer is shaped in reverse. Colored a deep, rich raspberry with a pale seafoam green on cup interior & saucer well. The raspberry is a deeper & richer shade than captured in the photos. CONDITION: Excellent (tiny hard to see all over crazing usual for its age; some staining in the bottom of the cup). A very interesting little demitasse.

Coalport Hand painted demi-tasse cup & saucer. England. c. 1891-1920. "Indian Tree" pattern. Ivory ground. Edged in a dark taupe. Bronze-gilt line on outside edge of handle on cup. Hand painted with 8 colors: pink, darker pink, dark blue, lighter blue, green, yellow, olive & bronze-like. The shape is sort of "octo-foil" - a wavy eight sided form. The cup tapers from wider at the top to narrow at the bottom. The saucer is somewhat deep and slopes toward the center. Marked in green under glaze. On the saucer, there is also a "4" in green under glaze as well as an impressed "68H13". CONDITION: Good / Very Good (crazing, no chips or cracks)
