Porcelain. Bavaria. c. 1900. 1 of set of 5. Delicate egg cup shaped footed cup. The saucer has an unusual raised well. White body. Transfer of garlands of pink & white roses with green leaves. Hand painted raised heavy gilt border design 1/4" from edge. Another gilt border in a different pattern just below that which overlaps the floral transfer. This second gilt border appears on the interior of the cup as well. Gilt edged, gilt band on foot of cup, gilt ring around the saucer well and gilt handle. CONDITION: Very Good/Excellent (cup pings; hairline in saucer well; displays beautifully)
