Has unique two layered design with seven round cut colored precious stones arraigned in free form style on a background of twisted vines formed in the shape of a heart. This heart shape layer is surrounded by an outer heart shaped border with a ribbed finish. The inner layer is a plain gold heart pin attached to the outer layer with four 4mm gold beads. Measures 1-1/2 inches high x 1-3/8 inches wide. Weighs 19.4 grams. Marked 14K. In very good condition.
