This is a vintage (probably 1930's) marked sterling match box holder with a raised black and white enameled boxer or bull terrier design on top. The piece measures 1 5/8" X 1 1/8" and is 1/2" thick. It is in good vintage condition with light wear from use, in need of polishing, but the enamel is not chipped or cracked.
