1900's Gorgeous Alt Beck Gottschalck #698 CM Pouty Turned Shoulderhead.gorgeous antique bisque doll shoulderhead by Alt, Beck & Gottschalck of Germany. She is marked on her shoulderplate mold number 698 # 11.Doll's head is 6 inches tall. Her shoulders are 5 3/4 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches front to back.She has a turned head with closed mouth with protruding upper lip. Double chin with dimple. Her bulgy pale blue antique glass eyes are stationary and look like they were reset long ago.This is such a beautiful head with deeply molded shoulderplate! Perfect pale bisque. Her head circ. is 11 1/2 inches.
No chips cracks or hairlines. This gorgeous head makes a beautiful and rare addition to any doll collection.
