This beautifuly shallow bowl is formed with a trefoil mouth and gilted with branches of mistletoe on a ground in green which shades to clear. The piece bears the inscription "l'An neuf au Gui." The underside is inscribed "Daum Nancy" with croix de Lorraine. Height 2 5/8 inches; The glass bowl is raised on a circular vermeil foot with impressed maker's marks (see photo; you'll really need your magnifying glass for this but it is a good set of marks: "Y & F" I believe).
