Signed Handel 18 inch Reverse Painted Scenic lamp, Number 6319 with artist initials HB (Henry Bedigie). The lamp is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This shade is pictured on page 98 of Hibel. The piece stands approximately 26 inches in height on its bronzed metal base which is signed "Handel." The base has been rewired using all original parts and fabric, silk wiring of the style of the period. All sockets and acron pulls are intact and original.
