The Florence Ceramics Company, founded by Florence Ward, made figurines in Pasedena, Ca. from 1939 into the '60's. Her figurines, mainly lovely ladies in elegant gowns, are very pretty. Some are decorated in great detail, many with lace covered with ceramic.

Deborah is a very fancy Florence in a moss green dress holding a small boquet of flowers in one hand. The other hand is behind her. She has a bow on the back of her hair with ringlets hanging down below the bow. 9-1/2" tall. There is lace damage on the back of her right sleeve. There is lace damage on the side of the left sleeve. Click on the pictures to see damage. No other damage. A very impressive piece.
