Materials: Wooden, etched with painted accents of a male figure holding a bowl that is hung by a red thread from the neck.

NORTHERN EUROPEAN INLAID TILE FOLK ART WOODEN BOX - Size: Approx. 4 Inches Across x 2-5/8 Inches H. Condition: Very Good. Well made. The tile is of a woodsman chopping logs among the trees. Colors in tile are white, green, mauve, lavender, brown,yellow & blue. The dark colored wood is substantial & has a very nice feel to it. Please note that the colors and wood are somewhat washed out with the light needed for the photo. The wood is a rich brown and the tile is more vivid in the colors. Weight: 9 Oz's. Markings: None  

FIGURAL WOODEN FOLK ART - HORSE DRAWN WAGON WITH COUPLE. Size: With Base - 14 Inches L x 3-1/2 Inches W x 5-3/4 Inches H. Condition: Very Good. Age: Undetermined. Intricately worked. An interesting piece with the feeling of movement. Please note that none of the wooden pieces move - except the man who can be lifted from his seat. This could be glued - but will leave this choice to the purchaser. The reins are heavy thread and part of the harnesses of the horses appear to be made of a leather type material. Weight: 1 lb. 3 Oz's

Romanian Folk Art Hero - Hand Carved

This figure has been carved by a folk artist from the mountains of Romania. The figure is a folk art hero from the Dacians (one of the Thracian Tribes). they are the ancestors of modern Romanians, who emerged around 650 BC.

Size: 13 Inches Tall x 5-1/2 Inches Wide x 2-1/4 Inches Deep.

Age: 20th Century

Weight: 9 Oz's.

Condition: Good to Very Good. He is signed on the back N.POPA - Please note that the color of the wood is a deeper brown. The lighting needed to photograph this makes
the color much lighter than it is.

Very Very Unusual. There is some type of stamp on the bottom. Probably an export stamp from Romania.  

Vintage Swedish Folk Art Wood Figure - Holding Base For Small Candle

Condition: Good - wear consistent with age There is an area on the front of the skirt
at the bottom which has a deeper colored portion. Probably from an oil stain? If you look closely at the main photo you can barely see it (because of the light used to photograph the item)
