Vintage Wooden American Folk Art Doll

Size: 12 H x 4½ W at the arms x approx. 2 D

Condition: very good

Age: 20th Century

The head and torso are one piece of wood. The arms and legs are connected
to the torso. One would have to remove the dress and bloomers to see just
how this is done. The articles of clothing are not made to be removed. I have not removed them - so do not know just how they are connected. The hands and arms are one piece as are the feet with the legs.

Dress and bloomers are made of a cotton like material

Features and granny shoes are ( I believe) painted on.

Vintage Wooden Male Peg Doll With Parisian Style

Size: 14 H x 2½ W

Condition: very good - the toe of the right boot is sheared off. There are a few minor nicks consistent with age.

Handmade and painted.

Found in New York State

Age: First half of the 20th Century.

Arms and legs held by tiny nails.

A handsome fellow with his beret.

Wood/Button Western Couple - Dolls

Size: Approx. 6-1/2 Inches T.

Condition: Very Good

Cowboy with his Lady. The dolls are made of wood (the body of a wooden spool). The arms & legs with a mixture of different colored buttons held together with plastic thread. The faces are painted. His hair is also painted, her hair from a curly material. Both are dressed in fabric. He has chaps, neckerchief, cowboy hat & holds a lasso. She is in a dress and wide-brimmed hat decorated with faux flowers.

Not for play - but for decoration or a collection.

Very Cute! Made by a local Montana Artist.

The doll is dressed in a handsome multi-colored hand loomed batik Ikat cloth. You can position the doll in numerous ways and it holds many resting positions.

VINTAGE WOODEN DOLL LEGS - 3 PIECES. This lot consists of one pair of legs size: 5 Inches L + one additional leg size: 2-1/2 Inches L. The pair of legs has two joints the upper joints are not painted. The lower joints have been painted white at the upper end and are brownish for the rest. The additional leg has one joint and the foot is colored black. Condition: Good to very good.
