This Art Deco chrome guy is puttin' on the ritz--he's wearing his top hat and MONDO bowtie and his 'other half' is a tophat and cane. I've seen this a couple of times in the last 30 years, but this is the only one I've had with its original very weird carved bead (vegetable ivory, dyed red) eyes and nose. He's 2.5" wide at the bow, and his cane is 2.25". He's in NEAR-MINT condition.
