| Opulent bib of beads in transluscent pale and darker pink suspended from cut 'onyx' beads. Rich ornate gold-plated appointments. The top strand of rose-quartz color beads measures 14.5" from 'gold' bar to 'gold' bar, with an additional 3" bead extender so that it adjusts to fit just about every neck. The cut black beads are just a shade over 1/4 inch in diameter; the central drop features a full inch long pink bead. The necklace at the center front spans a full 3 inches from the top strand to the bottom bead of the central drop. It's ALL GLASS, everything is MINT-PERFECT other than wear on the hook fastener. There's no mark to indicate maker/origin; I would date it to just pre or post-WWII. The scan really does not do it justice--this is absolutely edible. |
