This HOBE rhinestone necklace scanned upside down, and I realized what a great headband or tiara it would make. It could be a magnificent accessory for the Millenium Ball. OR wear it on the neck as HOBE intended...you will notice the line of BLUE rhinestones meandering over the top of the necklace...I'd love it with a pair of blue earrings.
