Glass tumbler made by Perthshire Paperweights in Crieff, Scotland. The center well of this glass (see second photo) has a central "P" signature cane surrounded by 5 concentric rows of different color millefiori canes on a rich blue ground. Perthshire closed in 2002 and these items are no longer being made. Perthshire was known for their fine millefiori paperweights and also made a few other types of items. Height: ~3 5/8 inches; diameter: 3 ¼ inches.
