This is a charming Dresden demitasse set. We believe it was decorated by F. Hirsch as she used this type of gold mark to cover the manufactues mark. We date it c. 1890-1930. The cup is 1 7/8" x 2", and the saucer is 4 1/3". The set is decorated with garlands of hand-painted flowers and gilt. Excellent condition.

This is an orantely molded and decorated Dresden set decorated by F. Hirsch, c. 1901-1930. The cup has a ruffled foot and unusual feathered handle. It is 3 1/2" x 2"' the saucer is 5 1/4". The set is covered with hand-painted flowers. The borders have gilt scrolls and cross hatching. We have a set of 8 of these lovely cups and saucers. Let us know if you are interested in all of them.

The scalloped saucer is 5 3/4". The set has a yellow border with gilt decoration. It is decorated with hand-painted and gilt flowers. Excellent condition with gilt wear on the border.

This is a lovely Dresden set decorated by Carl Thieme. The cup is 3 1/2" x 2"' the saucer is 5 1/2". It dates c. 1920-30s and was made special for S. Gump, San Francisco. The set has an unusual pink swirled decoration with gilt. There are allover hand-painted flowers. The set is in excellent condition. The cup has the Carl Thieme Dresden mark.

This is a nice Meissen set dating 1850-1924. The cup has a branch handle with leaf extensions. It measures 2 1/2" x 2"; the saucer is 4 2/3". It is decorated with well painted flowers and bugs with gilt trim. Both pieces are marked 46. Excellent condition and first quality.

This is an elegant demitasse set decorated by Charles Ahrenfeldt, Saxony c. 1886-1910. He had a decorating studio in Altohlau, Germany and decorated in the Dresden style. He also had a studio in Limoges, France. The set is pristine white with hand gilt grapes and leaves. It was made special for George Miller & Co., Scranton, PA. The tapered cup is 2 1/3" x 2 1/2"; the saucer is 4 3/4". Excellent condition.
