This beautiful Nippon cup and saucer has the EE Nippon mark #17 on the saucer. The cup has an angular gilt handle and is 3 1/3" x 2"' the saucer is 5 1/2".
The set has raised gold enameled flowers and leaves. The borders are gold with turquoise jeweling. The decoration is in the Art Nouveau style. Excellent condition.

This leaf form figural demitasse cup and saucer is just beautiful! We believe it is Japanese, dating c. 1890-1910. The paper thin fluted cup is in the form of a leaf. It is 2 1/2" x 2". You can see the leaf veins coming through on the back of the saucer which measures 4 1/3".
The ground is a pale celadon with hand enameled flowers and leaves and insects. It is beautifully painted and most unusual. Excellent condition.

This is a lovely signed Nippon set. The six sided cup is 2" x 2 3/4"; the saucer is 4 1/3".
The set has lavish gold with a green border. It is decorated with many gold beads. Excellent condition with two tiny black kiln pinpoint marks inside the cup. This set could fit in a chocolate set collection.
