This is a wonderful Dresden plate decorated by Richard Klemm, c. 1893-1916. It measures 8 7/8".
The plate has a lovely portrait of a Cupid with hsi quill and arrows. He is holding a torch in one hand. A garland of roses is entwinned around him. The ground is a sky and clouds. Excellent condition with minor gilt wear on rim.
