These are some of the most magnificent plates we've ever had! The set of 12 were made by Pirkenhammer (Fischer & Mieg), c. 1875-1887. The plates are reticulated and measure 9 1/8". The plates are hand painted with lovely cherry blossoms, birds, butterflies and bugs in the Aesthetic style. Some have real raised gold, silver and bronze enhancements. They are in excellent condition. |
