Manufacturer: Meissen
We've never seen a Meissen box with sterling silver mounts. The hinged box dates c. 1850-1924 and is round. It measures 6 1/4" in diameter and 3 1/2" high. The silver is marked 925. The box has wonderful hand-painted flowers and insects on the lid and the sides. It is in excellent codnition with two minor dings on the silver. |
