This is a lovely Dresden cabinet demitasse cup and saucer decorated by Franziska Hirsch, c. 1901-1930. The cup has a gold band inside the rim and is 2 1/4" x 2 1/8"; the saucer is 4 1/2".
The set is intricately decorated with garlands of hand-painted flowers and roses. The gold decoration is all done by hand and is just beautiful! The set is in excellent condition. Dresden sets of this quality are getting hard to find.
