NAUTICAL SAILING VESSEL Framed LITHOGRAPH A fine vintage lithograph of a British merchant vessel, ''The Lintin'', originally painted by James Heard in 1846. Circa 1940. The frame is vintage as well. Very Good condition: there is normal wear and scuffing to the frame, with some minor chipping on the edges. Height: 15¼ inches; width: 18¾ inches.

Built in 1834 in the important shipbuildiing city of Sunderland, she was in the Liverpool-Bombay Trade. The 558 ton ship was commanded by Captain J. Gilman. Vintage nautical prints of this quality are...
