Hand Painted FLORAL SHAVING MUG Present
This porcelain shaving mug has the word 'Present' in high relief with a hand painted floral design in colors of dark green and rust. It once had gold on the rim and base, but it has disappeared due to washing or use. The gold on the word Present and on the handle is also worn. There are two horizontal parallel cracks in the glaze on the rim edge, about 1 inch long, and a 3mm spot of missing glaze at the center of one line. Hand Painted SHAVING MUG w BERRIES & BIRDS
Shaving mug, vintage. This white porcelain shaving mug is hand painted with leaves and berries and in a rectangular cartouche is a scene of birds flying over mountains. The gold trim on the rim is worn. The backstamp is illegible. Height: 3 5/8 inches. Very good condition, except as noted.

Hand Painted MOSS ROSE SHAVING MUG Ca.1885
A beautiful porcelain shaving mug with hand painted pink roses and blue forget-me-nots. It has a scalloped rim with gold trim (worn). There is also gold in the floral design, on the handle, and base. There are three small, shallow chips on the base ring; this damage is reflected in our price. Height: 2½''; diameter without handle: 3½''. Circa 1885.

A porcelain mug, probably for shaving, with a floral and swag embossed decoration. This old mug has been handled quite a bit, so much of the gold trim has worn off. In the center is the name Aloifir in black and gold. Base is marked, ''Lessau/ Carlsbad'' in a circle, with a 'K' in the center. Height: 4''; diameter without handle: 3½''. Very good condition, except as noted.
