COLORFUL CARNY WALKING STICK
This is a beautiful example of a carnival walking stick. The shaft is painted dark red and the turned grip has hand painted concentric red bands on a cream background. It has a steel tip and is 35¾ inches long. There are a few tiny nicks and surface scrapes, but overall this stick is in very good condition. This would be a standout in any collection!

Old TAPERED WALKING STICK
An old walking stick with a knob top and tapered shaft. It is stained black with some of the dark brown wood showing through in a pleasing pattern - sort of mottled at the top and striated on the shaft (it almost looks deliberate). A very unique look! It has a nice brass tip and is 32½ inches long. Very good condition, except as noted.

NATURAL BRANCH CANE w SILVER TIPPED GRIP
An old natural branch cane with a silver tipped grip. The hoof-shaped tip is marked, ''L. F. Frye/ Denver''. It has a steel end tip and is 34¾ inches long. About 9 inches down from the handle are three cracks going with the grain of the wood (see close-up photos). We would not recommend this cane if a lot of weight were to be put on it; if that is the case, it would need to be strengthened at that point. It is a very attractive cane, at any rate, and would make a fine addition to a collection.

BAMBOO CANE w BURNED DECORATION
This bamboo cane has a wood burned decoration on the grip and on the shaft just below the grip. The 'under' grip is all dark, and there is a pattern of geometric lines and dots on the top of the grip and on the shaft. This cane has no metal or rubber tip and is 39½ inches long. There are some old (varnished over) chips at the end of the grip on the underside, and two short (3/8 and 1/4''), tight cracks about 8 inches down from the grip, which we don't think would affect it's ability to perform.
