ART DECO Kitchen SCALE This is the 'Universal' model kitchen scale made by Landers, Frary & Clark of New Britain, Conn. It has an Art Deco design in beige and red painted metal; paint is original. Capacity is 24 lbs. On the back is a large decal with 'Weights & Measures' and 'Weight Equivalents of One Cup'(of various foods). Height: 6.75 inches. Condition is very good with a very small amount of paint loss on some edges. Circa 1930's.

Ca.1930's ACCURATE Postage SCALE An ''Accurate'' letter scale, circa 1930's. Made by the ''Accurate Parts Mfg. Co., Cleveland, Ohio''. In good working condition, although there is cracking to the paper on the front that displays the rates. No rust, just dust! This was when a First Class letter cost .03 cents! (In our photo, the 'dish' appears to have a dent, but it doesn't ~ this is the way it was made.)
