This beautiful 1893 Royal Worcester, England, raised plate has been totally repaired with porcelain staples (see pics). This was the old way of preserving the art of fine porcelain and is, in itself, a fine art. This lovely hand painted piece has no chips; all paint is bright and clear; the gold is heavy and not worn. The plate is 9 inches across, about 4.5 inches tall. Still displays great, and the antique repair is a great conversation piece. Shipping in US $9.00.
