This is a very old Reed and Barton Cheese / Covered Butter dish. I didn’t polish it because I didn’t want to ruin the great patina that has built up over the years. The bottom is marked with R & B inside a circle and around the circle it says Gotham Silverplate Co. The main design is of a bird superimposed over a branch. The pattern has some usage wear and is missing a foot but it is a great display piece. |
