This is an old powder jar adorned with Dresden style figures on the lid. This is a pastoral scene with a seated woman and a man standing and playing the mandolin for her. The lid and the base both have a green decorative trim. A powder puff and a small amount of power are still in this jar. This powder jar doe not have any damage but is dirty from years of use. We chose not to clean it and ruin the patina that has built up over the years.
It is 4 ¾ inches in diameter and 1-½ inches deep.
