C1900 Mini Salesman Sample Asbestos Sad Iron Here is a wonderful antique miniature salesman sample sad iron dated May 22, 1900 on the metal handle. The iron measures about 4” long, 2 ˝” tall and 2” wide. The cover is removed by sliding the lever back reveling the cast iron base, which is embossed Asbestos Sad Iron.
