Orbiting Astro-top
Made by the Royal Top Co, it’s about 2½” tall with a metal tip. The label pictures a space capsule and says “Orbiting Astro-Top”; it’s from the late 50’s or early 60’s. The string has a metal clip that can be attached to the top to drop it sideways.

Vintage 50’s Wooden Toy Top w Metal Tip
This is a nice old top with a blunt metal tip. It appears to be unused with the original string still wrapped around it and measures about 2½” long. They haven’t made this type for a long time!
