An unusual heavy 12" Nippon charger with handpainted poppies/peonies and a cute little butterfly hovering over them.The flowers are a pale pink and the butterfly is yellow, blue and green.Two inches at the edge of the charger is painted with dark blue and brilliant green stripes. The background is a very dark blue.The design has been incised and then handpainted.
