They are pressed glass and 1-7/8" high.The caps are tin plated brass with dainty hooped handles.Pressed in an intricate diamond shape, they have an "S" embossed in a circle on the bottom.The numerals 15 and 3 are also embossed on the bottom.I don't think these were ever used, they are in such great shape.
